Professional Scrum Foundations

Todd is a Professional Scrum Trainer for Scrum.org and Vice President of Agile Innovation at Itero Group, LLC. He has practical experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, and Agile coach on a variety of technical and creative projects across a multitude of industries. He presently coaches and trains enterprises and teams across the United States on the Scrum framework, enterprise Agile transformation, and professional software development.Outside of work, Todd is an avid CrossFitter and holds his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification which he uses to train people at a local gym.

Scrum.org training has come to Pennsylvania!
The Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) course is a 2-day course that teaches Scrum in a highly practical way. Working in a series of Sprints, teams of students build a software application, thereby facing real-life problems. The mechanics, roles, principles and (empirical) process of Scrum are demonstrated. Common missteps and misunderstandings are discussed so students grow a higher awareness of their symptoms.
Audience
Professional Scrum Foundations is excellent training for teams and anyone wanting to experience the Scrum way of working. The course also provides the foundation of knowledge needed for role-focused training for <A HREF="https://www.scrum.org/Courses/Professional-Scrum-Product-Owner" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Product Owners</A>, <A HREF="https://www.scrum.org/Courses/Professional-Scrum-Master" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scrum Masters</A> and <A HREF="https://www.scrum.org/Courses/Professional-Scrum-Developer" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Developers</A>.
Certification
Students taking the class will receive one credit to take the <A HREF="https://www.scrum.org/Assessments/Professional-Scrum-Master-Assessments" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Professional ScrumMaster I</A> assessment.
