During this professional development event, we will explore the strategies for how to continually improve our emotional intelligence

While our ability to do a job might get us in the door, our ability to manage ourselves and our relationships with co-workers and customers/clients is what will keep us there and elevate us. In fact, 90% of top performers have high emotional intelligence. The great thing is that we have the ability to continually improve our emotional intelligence (EQ)! During this professional development event, we will explore the strategies for how to do just that.
Claudia Williams is a Chief Frientorship® Officer, Leadership Mentor, Workplace Culture Expert, Speaker &amp; Author. She recognizes that work environments can be challenging for organizational leaders and has spent over a decade as an award-winning attorney, coaching those leaders. As THe Human Zone’s founder, Claudia not only provides leadership, mentoring and development and training and strategic human resources, but she does so across many industries. 
A Business Woman of the Year nominee, she also received the PBA 2015 Special Achievement Award in recognition of her pro bono commitment to veterans and first responders. She was named as one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s 25 Women of Influence and named one of the Top 100 Women in Business in Pennsylvania.
