10:15 – 11:15: Breakout Sessions

11:30 – 1:00: Lunch and Keynote Speaker – Holly Greever – Enhancing Teamwork

1:15 – 2:15: Breakout Sessions

2. Kathy Whittaker – Service Recovery

2:30 – 3:30: Keynote Speaker – Deb Baden (topic TBA)

3:30 – 4:00: Evidence Based Practice Poster Awards – Cathaleen Ley

Attend a half or whole day. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
