Professional Communication (Washington, D.C.)

This workshop introduces students to a process for organizing and delivering oral and written communications in a business setting. It includes the importance of non-verbal skills; the use of storytelling to capture the interest of listeners and readers; and Barbara Minto's pyramid principle for organizing material logically.
