Process Management Masterclass: 02 - Process Optimisation & Alignment
2nd of 3 workshop series in Process Management Masterclass on 7 April
Design, map, and optimise business processes using Lean, BPMN, continious improvement frameworks to drive measurable performance gains.
Session #2 is aimed at improving the process and align it with controls and performance.
Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Align requirements, risks, controls, and KPIs (traceability)
Design future-state process
Expand documentation with improvement logic
Output:
Optimised future-state model with KPI and traceability alignment.
Overall overview of 3 session workshops on 2 April, 7 April, 9 April.
Process Management Masterclass – Creation & Optimisation of Business Processes (Multi-Session Online Lab)
This structured, multi-date masterclass is a hands-on process design laboratory delivered online using Miro. Participants do not just learn frameworks — they build, test, and optimise real business processes step by step across multiple sessions.
The program guides professionals from strategic process framing to measurable optimisation and governance control. Each session builds on the previous one, transforming a selected real-world process into a structured, scalable, and performance-driven operating model.
Throughout the series, participants will:
- Define process boundaries and measurable outputs
- Construct SIPOC diagrams to clarify scope and stakeholder alignment
- Model current-state workflows using BPMN standards
- Apply Lean principles to identify waste and bottlenecks
- Build a Traceability Matrix linking requirements, risks, controls, and KPIs
- Design Change Logs and governance mechanisms to prevent process degradation
- Redesign workflows with AI-supported task allocation while preserving human accountability
The masterclass is structured across multiple dates to allow reflection, application between sessions, and progressive refinement of each process artefact.
By the end of the program, participants will have:
- A complete end-to-end process architecture
- Current-state and future-state BPMN models
- A Lean diagnostic framework
- A working Traceability Matrix
- A Change Log governance structure
- A scalable continuous improvement model
This is not theoretical training. It is a practical build-and-optimise environment designed for process owners, project managers, PMO leaders, operations managers, and transformation professionals who need structured, measurable, and audit-ready process systems.
Who Should Attend
- Project & Program Managers
- PMO Leads
- Operations Managers
- IT & Digital Transformation Leaders

- Process Owners
What Participants Receive
- Training slides (PDF)
- Structured Process Design Pack
- Certificate of Completion
- Recording access
- Template for Operational Document (SOP or equivalent)
