This workshop will explore our natural approaches and resources to decision making and problem solving, identifying areas of both strength and struggle and providing techniques to improve the quality and speed of decision making, planning and problem solving. We will consider individual decisions/problems and group problems, how to practice and prepare, how to exercise our ‘thinking’ muscles and a variety of learning environments and how to apply our problem solving skills to those environments. The course includes a variety of breakout exercises and activities to ensure that the learning makes a long lasting differences to all participants.
