About the organizer
A program within the University of Ottawa Department of Psychiatry, the STAR Centre aims to help close the widely recognized and growing gap in the dissemination and quality control in the implementation of evidence-based and informed psychotherapy. The STAR Centre seeks to address these concerns by providing effective training, supervision and consultation services to improve the quality of dissemination and improved outcomes for practitioners and their clients. Training is continuously nurtured by research which is translated to fill key gaps in the overall system of care and associated pathways.
