Problem Framing Workshop: Business Module
Turn stakeholders into supporters and form a hypothesis as a team. This is a product strategy workshop.
Balancing business objectives and user needs is one of the hardest tasks a product leader faces. Add in competing priorities, unclear vision, and chaotic decision-making and you've got a thorny challenge on your hands.
We developed Problem Framing to help leaders navigate that landscape. A modular strategy framework that complements your existing processes, Problem Framing gives product leaders the tools to bring the customer and the business into the same conversation.
Over the course of two modules (Business and Market), we'll teach you how to combine objectives, goals, organizational context, market research, and customer problems into a prioritized list of validated opportunities.
In this 5-hour, hands-on workshop covers the Business Module of Problem Framing. We'll teach you frameworks, activities, and methods to analyze the organizational side of product strategy:
- Vision, objectives, goals, key metrics
- Organizational (macro) + team (micro) superpowers (and the things that hold you back)
- Tactical bets you've made already and what you've learned from them
- Key stakeholders and what they care about
We'll combine that analysis with outputs from the Market Module (like user insights and market research) to identify, prioritize, and pitch product opportunities that earn a yes from all of your stakeholders.
