A one-of-a-kind 2 day event where you will be challenged to rethink what you think you know. This is a live event with limited spaces that will not be available virtually. Taught by one of the world’s premier veterinary animal behaviour scientists, Professor Daniel Mills from the U.K is coming to Madison, New Jersey to share what he has learned in his research and clinical practice regarding topics that range from anxiety and frustration, to the use of validated temperament scales for dogs with behavior problems. This is going to be his only seminar in the United States in 2024.


This event if for dog trainers, dog behavior consultants, veterinarians, veterinary behaviorists, veterinary students and residents, & enthusiastic dog owners who want to learn as much as possible about dog behavior.


16 CEUs for for behavior consultants ( CPDT-KA and CPDT-KSA) 8 CEUs per day.

Due to the time and expense of organizing and hosting this special event and to ensure a quality program can be delivered to the attendees, we can not accommodate refund requests. Are there places to eat near by?

Yes, there are restaurants nearby by via car. A list of places to eat will be provided. Bringing lunch with you is also an option. It will be warm and sunny and there are plenty of spaces outdoors at St.Huberts to relax and connect with fellow attendees and the speaker.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately no. We want to maximize the learning experience for the attendees and wish to minimize any potential for interruption. Of course, if you have a service dog that needs to accompany you, please reach out to the organizer.

Will there be snacks and drinks?

Yes. Snacks and drinks will be provided during the afternoon break and remain out for the afternoon lectures. Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day. Only non dairy creamers will be available.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. There is parking for attendees. A map of the parking area will be provided.

Can I attend virtually?

This conference is in person only. There is no virtual option.
