Meet The Tutor
Greetings Parents. I’m Ms. Henri. I am a certified teacher who believes in "the power of yet." I know that every child is able to succeed academically with an educator who is willing to put in the work to fit the needs of each individual child.
My journey in education began in 2020. When volunteering as a youth group leader at my church. I realized then that it was my calling to work with children.
After obtaining a Master of Arts in Elementary Education a few years later, I became a fourth-grade teaching. I am ESOL endorsed and I have experience working with students who are new to the countr for 2 years.
Soy intermedio (no fluido) en español. Aún así, puedo enseñar a un estudiante tanto en español como en inglés.
It is my belief that all children are capable of excelling in any area in which they put their minds. Proper academic growth also requires an educator’s willingness to put in the work and time that is needed to tailor learning to the individual needs of each learner.
