Zaina has her Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification. Zaina earned a bachelor's in business with a minor in management information systems from California Polytechnic University, SLO and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management
• 15+ years of management and HR leadership experience driving strategic initiatives in Technology, Retail and Non-Profit organizations;
• Successfully solved HR challenges to support key business objectives in rapidly changing organizations: high growth, IPO, mergers & acquisitions, global expansion, store openings/closures, bankruptcy and restructuring
• Strong, versatile and proven HR experience in a wide range of functional areas including recruiting, talent management, employee relations, HR technology, operations and total rewards;
• Supported a diverse workforce of technical, non-technical, remote, international, salaried and hourly employee base.
