Printmaking 101

Printmaking 101

Overview

One-Week Immersive Summer Camp 7/6 to 7/10 with Instructor Brenda Price.

Grow as an artist and build new skills as we explore printmaking in this summer camp for elementary students.

Printmaking is the art of transferring an image from one surface to another. In this camp, we will learn the basics of printmaking and explore a variety of printmaking techniques. We will explore monoprints, relief prints, collagraphs, and even how to print found objects! By the end of the camp, artists will have a whole portfolio full of their own prints!

Details:

Ages: 7-13 years

Dates: 7/6 to 7/10

Time: 9am to 3pm

Location: Gilbert W. Perry Jr. Center for the Arts

Cost: $300

Instructor: Brenda Price

A $50 nonrefundable registration fee is required when enrolling (plus service fee). Balances are due on April 15, 2026, and will be invoiced by The Everett on or around March 10, 2026. Failure to complete full payment by April 15 will result in removal from the camp roster and the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist, if applicable.

We are pleased to again offer an Everett-sponsored fundraising opportunity, which may help you offset the cost of summer camps. This fundraising event would occur in tandem with our annual participation in the "Do More 24 Delaware" fundraising initiative (March 5 - 6, 2026). Further details regarding this opportunity will be provided in the weeks ahead.
