The Savoyards of Boston are excited to invite you to a free community sing-through with orchestra of Princess Ida! Join us for an afternoon of music and if you&#x27;d like, bring food or drink to share and stay around after to catch up with old friends and new.Sing-through details:Singers and orchestra members are invited to bring their own score or instrumental part and sing, play, or follow along to a concert read-through of the show! Scores are available in the public domain, PDFs can be found here:https://imslp.org/wiki/Princess_Ida_(Sullivan%2C_Arthur)Named roles will be assigned through an offline, asychronous casting process. If you would like to sing a named role, please send an email with a ranking of the roles you would be interested in singing and a short summary of roles you have sung in the past. You are welcome to provide a resume if you have one prepared, or you can just send an email with bullet points. Please feel free to include any other information that you want us to have in casting.This is an equal-opportunity sing-through: Roles are available to anyone who wishes to sing them, regardless of gender or fach.COVID-19 precautions:The sing-through will be held outdoors, and proof of vaccination will be required to enter the venue. All participants, including audience, will be required to sign up in advance so that we can monitor capacity.
