TransitMatters is a non-profit group that uses critical discourse to promote plans and policies that improve personal mobility through safer, more equitable, quality transit service in and around Boston.Through dialogue,we offer new perspectives, unify transit advocates, empower riders with knowledge, and encourage a level of critical analysis that has been absent in the public eye.We use social media to draw from and collaborate on industry knowledge and drive a meaningful narrative about better transit in Boston.

Happy Pride Month to our LGBTQ+ followers and friends!Join TransitMatters at Cathedral Station on Thursday, June 22 from 6:00-9:00pm to celebrate Pride. Meet fellow transit advocates for conversation, snacks, and drinks. TransitMatters will provide some light snacks and you will buy your own beverages. We hope to see you there!
