Is the Levitt Pavilion wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The venue is designed to be fully accessible. There are four wheelchair-accessible entrances, with ramps located on the Jefferson Street side of the park. Please do note that some vendors will be located in grass areas, however, these areas generally level.

Where is the best place to sit if I use a mobility device?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to park a wheelchair anywhere on the lawn or along the paved sidewalks that surround the seating area. The flat, paved perimeter offers excellent sightlines if you prefer to stay off the grass.

Where can I find ADA-compliant parking?

Accepted Answer

Designated spots are located at the corner of 4th and Jefferson Streets.  Most nearby public garages (like the Reibold or Oregon District garages) offer ADA spaces and elevator access.

Are there restrooms, and are they accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The on-site restrooms are equipped with accessible stalls. There is also a dedicated family restroom that is fully accessible for those who need a bit more space or privacy.

Are there chairs available, or do I need to bring my own?

Accepted Answer

The venue is 100% open lawn seating. You can bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. If you don't have your own, there may be some available to use.

Is the venue pet-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but with specific rules. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. You must clean up after your pet and ensure they aren't disruptive to the music.

Is smoking allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout the entire pavilion property to keep the air clear for all guests.

Question 8

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

This event is typically "rain or shine." In the event of dangerous weather (like lightning), the event may be moved to the following day May, 17th 2026 upon the organizers discretion.

Question 9

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, but we highly encourage that you visit one of the locally owned food trucks to support them instead. You may find cheaper beverages that will help support the work our organization does at our booth or in various locations throughout the event.

Is alcohol permitted at your event?

Accepted Answer

No, our event is family friendly and so substances are prohibited.
