Get ready to be transported back in time to the Regency era and be a part of the world of Jane Austen's beloved novel Pride & Prejudice, from the perspective of the Bennet family, at the Osborne Homestead Museum in Derby(shire), CT. See your favorites come to life, up close, as you enjoy the historic 19th century home and beautiful gardens during CT Historic Gardens weekend.

Back by popular demand, June 21 at 2:00pm and 5:30pm and June 22-23 at 11:30*am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm, the second year for Performing Arts Collaborative's, Meanwhile, at Longbourn, a new adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice at the Osborne Homestead Museum and Kellogg Estate gardens.

This year's Sunday performances take place during Connecticut’s Historic Gardens Day, a special state-wide celebration of Connecticut’s stunning historic gardens. The Osborne Homestead Museum is one of sixteen members of the prestigious Connecticut’s Historic Gardens whose different garden styles are honored on this day from12-4pm, with museum tours available between performances. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. Performances are free and open to the public. Donations encouraged ($15 suggested)

*Children 12 and under are welcome and encouraged to attend the 11:30 a.m. shows. Performances are suitable for ages 12 and over.

Please note: Guests attending this production follow the story by moving throughout the house and gardens. This involves sitting, standing and climbing stairs both inside and outside.

Please arrive 15 mins. prior to performance time. Late arrivals cannot be accomodated for the interior scenes.

The Osborne Homestead Museum is a facility of the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's State Parks & Public Outreach Division.
