Join me in the Resin Vibes Studio on Friday June 7th from 6 - 8 PM to paint your own set of pride mountainscape coasters! Each guest receives a set of four ceramic coasters they can paint. Have a matching set or make a coaster for every flag you identify with! We will be using acrylic paint and paint pens, with my step-by-step instruction for this simple design. I will also be teaching techniques and terminology - this class is great for beginners.
At the end of the class, we will be doing a resin top coat to protect and seal the project project. Once the resin is set, you will now have your own original artwork as usable coaster to protect your surfaces. Keep them out as seasonal decorations or keep them out year round- pride all day every day! Coasters come with a cork bottom.Happy pride! What is a mountainscape? It is an area covered in mountains. This design is a simple illusion to create a mountain range by using different colors corresponding to different pride flags to create the visual pattern. We will be working small on this project - if you wear any kind of glasses, it is encouraged that you bring your glasses to avoid squinting/straining your eyes. The coaster is 4x4 inches big. PPE will also be provided to use during the resin pour for guests to use - we prioritize safety over anything else. All supplies will be provided, we hope you can join us!
