There is metered street parking within steps of our front door that's $1/hr and turns off at 8pm. There are also several free 2-hr street parking options along residential streets surrounding BABS.

No, you cannot bring outside drinks into BABS. However, we sell a great selection of pre-mixed canned cocktails, beers, wines, NA mocktails and NA beers, sodas, sparkling waters, and more. You can also Bring Your Own Food!!

Is there a Drink Minimum?

No! Unlike most comedy clubs in the country, we do not require a drink or item-minimum during our shows.

Gwen La Roka is a stand-up star who’s performed at top clubs like The Laugh Factory, Zanies, and The Improv, and shared stages with comics including Gina Yashere, Felipe Esparza, and George Wallace. A winner of the NY Latino Film Festival Stand-Up Competition, she became the first Latina from Chicago to debut a comedy special on HBO Max, featured on Entre Nos: The Winners 3. Her sold-out one-woman show Mi Casa Es Tu Casa and high-energy, honest style make her one to watch.
