WHY: As Realtors®, one of the most important skills to acquire is how to accurately price your listing. To be successful, you will need to make sure you are able to communicate with the seller on a level that will allow them to grasp the complexities of pricing so that they feel confident in their choices, and you as their representative. There are several approaches to creatively pricing properties, and multiple ways to approach handling consumer pricing objections. This course will help you develop the skills you need to price with confidence.

- Pre-position the pricing negotiation, before anything even begins
- Prepare before the first meeting - it’s a process, not an event
- Educate the consumer so they have a better grasp on a complicated process
- Present the market appropriately to the consumer

CE CREDITS: 4(In order to receive CRS Credits, you must: have video capability, have video on and be visible for the duration of the class. You may not drive, show homes or participate in any distractions during class. CRS Credits will not be given to those who fail to follow these guidelines.)
CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee. You must attend the entire class to receive your Colorado Continuing Education Credits. Registration is a two step process. The day before class you will be emailed a Zoom link to confirm registration, as well as class materials and guidelines.
