Northeast Vermont Prevention Consortium

The Vermont Department of Health, Division of Substance Use Programs, in partnership with the Northeast Vermont Prevention Consortium Prevention Lead Region 3, will be hosting 3 virtual Prevention 101 trainings.This training will provide an introduction to substance misuse prevention and demonstrate how to use prevention concepts to support community change.Training topics will include:<ul><li>Vermont Prevention Model</li><li>Strategic Prevention Framework</li><li>Understanding risk and protective factors</li><li>Other relevant topics</li></ul>Who should attend: NVPC- PL Subgrantees and community members who would like to know more about substance misuse prevention.Choose one of these three opportunities!Friday, January 12th, 9:00-10:00Wednesday, January 17th, 3:00-4:00Tuesday, January 23rd, 12:00-1:00
