Prevent & Radicalisation

This is a half day course and will be delivered via Microsoft Teams.

This session looks at Provider responsibility to refer any young person into the Government’s Channel programme if radicalisation is suspected. This follows Looked After Children who begin to display behaviour that if left unchecked could cause extreme harm to our communities. The session involves current trends, referrals and vulnerabilities that can be exploited for the purposes of a radicalised viewpoint
