What is your reschedule and cancellation policy?

Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule please contact Michelle or Taylor 1 week before the event date. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 1 weeks notice will result in a forfeit of your event and compensation will be paid in full with credit card provided.

What is your refund policy?

Refund: Event is non refundable after the payment has been made in full & by submitting payment you agree to these terms.

Will we receive any guidance on how to prepare for this class?

Yes, Taylor and Michelle will be sending out a preparation, tips and tricks guideline via email 1 week prior to the event date to ensure you are well prepared for the class.

If I can no longer make it, can I use this class towards a future service?

Yes, if you purchased a ticket and can no longer make it, the ticket is non-refundable. However, it is transferrable to another person or you can use it towards a future service with Pretty Plate and TK Holistic Wellness.

Does the ticket include food and beverage?

No, you will need to purchase the groceries for the class prior to the event date.
