  • Basics of how to mix

  • How to use EQ

  • Opportunity to ask all your burning questions

  • Safe, fun and interactive learning environment

Registration

Due to the small class size, space is very limited. Please register to secure your spot.

If you've already been DJing and looking to expand your skills, check out

If neither of these work for you, contact me to schedule 1-on-1 instruction or get priority for the next available course.

What to bring

Please bring with you: any and all questions, a notebook & pen, a USB with your favourite tracks (if you don't have one, you can use mine) and an open mind :)

You can also bring your controller if you’d like to practice using headphones on your own equipment during the hands-on portion + Q&A portion.

Safer Learning Environment

This is a safer learning environment. All are welcome. We will be establishing norms and practices to ensure we can all learn and grow together in a safer way.

DJing has long been prioritized for and gatekept by priviledged groups so this course aims to make this art form more accessible and inclusive to all selectors. Any form of discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated in the space.

ACCESSIBILITY: There are 4 flights of stairs to enter the studio and thus is unfortunately not wheelchair accessibility. I offer in-home private/group lessons to support accessible learning.  Please let me know of your accessibility needs and I will try my best to support your access to this space.
