Press on Randy is a blend of contemporary indie/synth-based and guitar-driven music that also includes a bit of a throwback to an 80s retro sound. This one-man band extraordinaire mixes DJ elements with live looping that will take you on a multi-layered musical journey that dives into the realm of both indie rock and synth-based music. With a new full-length album released in April of 2024, Press on Randy manages to combine lighthearted, melodic, and danceable tunes that may remind folks of 80s bands such as a-ha and Prince, but with some darker edges that might bring to mind more contemporary acts such as MGMT, John Congleton and the Night Nite, or even Bright Eyes.
