These two preservation techniques are applicable to almost any fruit and vegetable.

Learn the basics, the differences & how to trouble shoot.

You’ll leave equipped with a skill sure to inspire you and future generations in the kitchen.


Your teacher will be Nico, who works at the farm as well as homesteads. She is a farmer, chef & forager who is obsessed with preservation. She loves sharing this knowledge to help others get comfortable and excited about it too.
