During these monthly, donation-based meditation sessions we delve into a topic through a quote or passage, encouraging shared reflection.

Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

Eszter will guide you through a grounding meditation for a calming experience. This safe space is designed for mutual check-ins, and you are invited to ask any questions related to the practice.

About the instructor:

Eszter Farkas has been practising meditation for 10 years, and is certified by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program to teach meditation. Additionally, her pesonal practice is also informed and inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village tradition.
