Gain essential skills for establishing an effective latch with newborns, understand the key principles of building a strong milk supply, and recognize signs that the baby is receiving enough milk through diaper output and awareness of normal stomach size progression.

You will leave encouraged and equipped with information and techniques to start your breastfeeding journey strong!

This is a prep class to be taken during pregnancy. You are welcome to bring your partner or support person!

This class is fascilated by Christine Stancle, (CLC, CBD BA-Public Admin)

Christine is a wife and mother of 4 in the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Community Based Doula, Certified Life Coach, and Mental & Behavioral Health Coach. She is a Lactation trainer for the State of Michigan WIC along with the Midwest Region. She formally directed a peer-to-peer breastfeeding mentorship program and is Owner of “Full Circle Life Coaching, LLC” where she offers private and corporate coaching, lactation counseling, lactation training and community based doula support.
