Expecting? Curious about things like perineal massage, labor positions, positioning and breathing techniques with pelvic floor mindfulness and optimization during labor? Build your confidence and awareness of how to best prepare for your birth experience at our upcoming workshop on 5/30 at 6pm in our South Tampa clinic. Topics we will cover include:-Pelvic floor optimization during pregnancy-When and how to incorporate perineal massage-Positioning and breathing techniques with pelvic floor mindfulness and optimization during labor-What is considered “normal” during pregnancy and postpartum healing-What to do if any concerns with pelvic pain, leakage, constipation, and other concerns arise during pregnancy or postpartum $35 per couple Register to reserve your spot! PARKING INFO: We have a free parking lot at the front of the buliding. You are free to park anywhere, but we recommend the "one-hour parking" spots (as they are right up front)! From there, you will enter the building through double glass doors and we are the first office on the right. You can come on in!
