Bedford Community Wellness Center

<p>Prep &amp; Plate is an interactive, hands-on cooking experience where participants work at different stations to prepare individual components of a featured recipe. Along the way, participants build practical cooking skills, learn helpful kitchen techniques, and see how each part comes together to create the finished dish. This session’s featured recipe is Southwest Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.</p>
