Prenatal Yoga Session

Join us for this IN PERSON prenatal yoga session filled with modifications to assist your pregnant body move into flow to release blockages and discomfort throughout the body.

Prenatal yoga helped support me throughout my three pregnancies and I understand the different experiences within yoga classes. This option gives you more freedom to relax and move into what you need in the moment.

This is a great option to gain community with other pregnant moms nation wide and expand your village. Having the emotional support alone can change the experience.

Plenty of free parking, BYO mats and yoga props. Yoga mats will also be available free of charge.
