This Specialized Childbirth Education class will help you understand choices for labor and birth, the benefits of a birth plan, communicating your choices to your care provider & hospital staff if necessary. Some differences if home, hospital or birth center is your choice. Gain a better understanding of hospital protocols/typical medical interventions (or not), as well as releasing some of the common fears surrounding childbirth which will lead to a better birth experience.
