Movement, Knowledge, and Support for Pregnancy and Birth - a prenatal workshop led by Pelvic Health Physical Therapist + Local Doula Team

Niche Performance & Wellness and Chicago Family Doulas come together to offer a prenatal and birth prep workshop bringing you dedicated time with Pelvic Health Physical Therapists and Doulas to help you move through your pregnancy. We'll center the following topics in this 90-minute session:

• Understand Your Changing Body: Learn about the hormonal, musculoskeletal, physiological and postural changes during pregnancy.
• Your Core & Pelvic Floor: Understand how these muscles support pregnancy, labor, and recovery.
• Common Pregnancy Discomforts: Back pain, pelvic pain, pressure—and how PT and doula can help.
• Prepare for Labor & Birth: Breathing, movement, and positioning strategies for birth.
• Meet Your Birth Support Team: Learn how doula and pelvic health physical therapist support you during pregnancy and labor.
