We started Prelocate to provide individuals and small businesses the knowledge and services they need to relocate to Puerto Rico. When moving to Puerto Rico ourselves, we were buried in a process that was difficult to understand and required dozens of hours of research, not to mention the added costs of professional services to clear things up. We believe that living and working in Puerto Rico is a tremendous opportunity that shouldn’t be overlooked due to cost, disjointed information, and an overall lack of clarity.Our goal is to enable and empower you to make a sound decision about whether Puerto Rico is right for you. Prior to PRelocate, Sam served as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Expansion for Professional Golfer Jack Nicklaus in the People’s Republic of China, living full time in Beijing. Sam was also previously employed by the Boston Consulting Group, one of the top management consulting and business strategy firms in the world, where he worked directly with Fortune 500 companies in the food service, media, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate spaces in the United States, Europe, and Middle East. Sam was honored by Entrepreneur360 Magazine and was recognized by Forbes Magazine as a National Winner for the Forbes 30 Under 30 List of Social Entrepreneurs. Sam holds a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Mandarin Chinese from Yale University, a certificate in Financial Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.</p><h3>Mike Schoenfeld</h3><p>Managing Partner, PRelocate</p><p>Mike has extensive experience in private equity investment, business diligence, management consulting, and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding PRelocate, Mike worked for AEA Investors, a leading middle-market private equity firm with $6 billion under management. He began his career with the Boston Consulting Group, one of the top management consulting in the world. Mike was honored by Entrepreneur360 Magazine and was recognized by Forbes Magazine as a National Winner for the Forbes 30 Under 30 List of Social Entrepreneurs. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. </p>
