Pre-K Orientation 2019

Welcome to the 2019-2020 Pre-K class at P.S. 188Q/Annex! We are planning an orientation to acquaint you with our school. Pre-K orientation will be held at the annex which is located on Union Turnpike off Bell Boulevard, next to the American Martyr's Church. The parking lot located in front of the school is only for the church. Please find a legal street spot when coming to the school.

We hope this visit will support a smooth adjustment to Pre-K and you will feel confident about your child’s new school environment. Because the meeting will be an hour long and it may be very hot in the building, we ask that you do not bring children to this meeting.

To make registration easier and more convenient for parents, we have assembled most of the registration documents parents will have to fill out at this link. Please print them up, fill them out and bring these documents along with your required documents (a list of required documents will also be found on this link, scroll down on the page for the Pre-Registration Checklist) with you when you come in to register. Please make sure you have called and made an appointment to register with our school secretary, Mrs. Laura Kennedy. Her number is 929-600-5683. If you have already registered your child you do not have to fill these documents out again.

As the date for orientation gets closer, we will email you a link to access orientation packets. You do not have to print all the documents. Only print and bring in documents that need to be filled out. We do ask that you look over the packet and write down any questions or concerns you may have.
