This is a great time to meet with the lender to determine how much house can you afford and if credit ready can start your pre-approval process.
REGISTRATION PROCESS: Once you have Registered, you will be provided a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Please bring with in order to get pre-approved:
1) Identification
2) Last 2 Pay Stubs or proof of income
3) 2023 Tax Returns and W-2
4) Last 2 Bank Statements (all pages)
Location: Parking is in Front of Building or in the back off E. 79.
