Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring yourself! If you don’t have grip socks, we’ll provide a pair for you.

I’m new to Pilates—can I still come?

Yes! This experience is for all levels. Our instructor will offer gentle guidance and modifications as needed. You are absolutely welcome here.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. This will give you time to get settled, meet a few friendly faces, and prepare your space.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, stretchy workout clothes you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for safety and will be provided if you don’t have a pair.

Is this a church service?

While this is not a traditional service, it is a faith-based space. We’ll move to worship music and take time to reflect and connect with God through intentional movement.

Do I have to be a part of The Garden to attend?

Not at all! This is a great way to meet some of the women in our community and see what we’re about. Come as you are!
