The practice blends slow, intentional movement with long, restorative holds to release tension and promote deep relaxation. This class invites students to steep—like tea—allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of each posture before flowing to the next. Perfect for all levels, Steep Flow offers a balance of movement and meditative stillness to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and revitalized.About Fay FosterFay Foster is a Las Vegas–based yoga instructor, sound healer, Reiki practitioner, and student counselor with a background in psychology and mental health. She specializes in creating safe, inclusive spaces that blend movement, mindfulness, and holistic healing.
