The Downtown Escondido Toastmasters Club provides a friendly, supportive space for members to overcome their fear of public speaking, build confidence, and sharpen leadership and improvisation skills. At each weekly gathering, members encourage each other and learn how to give and receive constructive feedback on speeches and presentations.
Members also have the opportunity to build their organizational skills by taking on leadership roles. Members report using all of these communication skills at work and in their personal lives.
