Looking to foster a deeper connection to self and like minded people in your community? Look no further, Mission Yoga and The Briny Blonde are back with a curated afternoon of movement, ice baths and community building. Whether you are a seasoned pro at your recovery game or looking to get started this event is for you. Our in house XPT Performance Breath Coach and Edge Theory Labs ambassador Arkell Mokler is here to guide you safely through your experience.
Build heat in the body through an all levels movement flow incorporating traditional yoga postures, mobility drills and myofascial release. Reduce stress and improve mental clarity with an exploratory breathwork practice. Build mental resiliency and connection through guided cold water immersion therapy in the elite Edge theory labs cold tub.

· If you have any contraindications- such as epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnant or recent surgeries please reach out prior to the workshop to ensure it is a safe fit for you.
What to bring:
· -water bottle
· -yoga mat
· -comfortable athletic clothes for movement before plunging
· -bathing suit or shorts/sports bra (whatever you feel comfortable plunging/getting wet in)
· -towel
· -change of clothes post plunge (something warmer)
· -open mind!
