This session, inspired by lessons from The BioCode System® will specifically focus on Self-Regulation ~ offered in a bite-size portion for you to grab and go about your day.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Rebecca Lee Desjardins is a lifelong learner and coach, who is committed to engaging people in meaningful moments that promote personal growth, leadership development, and a greater sense of community. As a Behavioral Agility Coach, Rebecca uses The BioCode System® to teach strategies that leverage stress as a tool for leadership development and personal wellness. She was trained in 2019 by Dr. Jill Kahn, creator of The BioCode System® and founder of Empowerhouse Leadership Consultancy. Together they offered workshops to a variety of corporate clients and also created an online course for individuals. Guided by curiosity and hope, Rebecca believes in the power of possibility and the unrealized potential of our shared humanity.
