Practical Skills for Difficult Conversations

Presented by Family Councils Ontario in partnership with St. Stephens Community House

This 1-day training will be an experiential learning experience in which you will develop practical skills to diffuse common Family Council issues, navigate difficult conversations, & build stronger relationships. Attendees will engage in hands-on training with facilitators from St. Stephens Community House, experts in the field of conflict resolution. This event is open to Family Council members, Administrators, and long-term care home staff.

$25 per person (Cost includes materials, refreshments, and lunch)
