PowerSeat is an inspirational group coaching event designed to support you in stepping out of life's stagnation loop and reclaiming your seat as the authentic leader of your life in spirit, mind and body.
This 1 hour and 30-minute experience will guide you into identifying tools that will support you in:
- Taking intentional pauses when feeling anxious and worried;
- Letting go of mental messages and self sabotage that is not serving you.
- Developing spiritual practice incorporating prayer and meditation into your daily living.
- Using this new awareness to set a new roadmap taking your place as the authentic leader of your life.
There will be 10 minute break half way through the session.
