PowerPlay.
Overview

Connect without cringe in this playful, purpose-driven workshop for adults.

PowerPlay blends playfulness with purpose in this biweekly, drop-in workshop for people who want to get out of their heads and make real, human connections.

You’ll learn by doing things—laughing, moving, and co-creating together—through simple, accessible games and guided reflection. Each session is designed to strengthen real-life skills like listening deeply, adapting in the moment, collaborating under pressure, and building trust with others … without anyone being put on the spot.

This is not acting.

You will not be asked to perform, overshare, or relive your childhood.

You will be invited to participate in ways that feel low-pressure, inclusive, and (surprisingly) meaningful.

Each session stands fully on its own, so you can drop in anytime. No homework. No commitment. No “you should have been here last time.” Just show up and jump in.

Laughter strongly encouraged.

Who This Is For? PowerPlay is for:

  • Creatives, performers, and people who used to do theater and still miss it
  • Neurodivergent folks, deep thinkers, and over-processors who want embodied insight—not more analysis
  • Professionals who want better people skills without strictly corporate team building
  • Adults craving connection, play, and novelty—without pressure or performance

What You’ll Actually Experience

  • Playful group games that reveal real patterns (how you listen, respond, adapt, lead, and collaborate)
  • Gentle but powerful reflection—so insight actually sticks
  • Connection that happens naturally (not forced intimacy, not networking hell)
  • A room full of humans who are curious, thoughtful, and a little bit done with taking everything so seriously

You’ll leave feeling:

  • More connected to yourself and others
  • Clearer, looser, and more present
  • Like you did something fun that also mattered

No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up, try something new, and maybe even be gently challenged.

Who This Is Not For (Important!). This is not for you if you:

  • Want to sit silently and observe without participating at all
  • Are looking to be entertained rather than engaged
  • Want therapy, coaching, or a lecture
  • Hate play, movement, or interacting with other humans
  • Need rigid structure, scripts, or guaranteed outcomes

PowerPlay works because people show up curious—not perfect.
