September 16, 18 & 20 from 1-2 PM

3-Part Powerlifting Workshop September 16, 18 &amp; 20 from 1-2 PM Workshop will be held at the HITT Center The fundamentals of Squat, Bench Press, &amp; Deadlift will be covered. Two coaches available during sessions to accommodate lifters of different skill levels. Workshop is open to Authorized ID Cardholders. Participants will need to sign a waiver at the HITT Center before beginning the Workshop. Registration will be open September 2-12. Attend any or all workshops with one registration. Come dressed &amp; geared up to perform lifts.
