About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In 2018, Zach Luse sought to expand Paragon Digital Marketing, a company he founded six years prior that employed 12 people. Anticipating the growth of the company over the next five years, Luse purchased the former Grace United Methodist Church at 34 Court Street in Keene, a historic 11,127-square-foot building that provided ample room for growth and reflected the agency's unique character. Recognizing the building's energy inefficiencies, Luse implemented an effective energy plan to enhance sustainability.

Luse took an innovative approach, using advanced air sealing techniques, weatherization, solar panels, and heat pumps to create a comfortable, carbon-conscious workplace—all while eliminating energy bills.

Join us to explore how Paragon Digital Marketing's dedication to sustainability not only preserved a historic structure but also set a standard for energy-efficient business practices in Keene.
