Join me for a Power Vinyasa Yoga Moonlight Flow: An hour of envigorating asana, movements; deep breathing; and powerful, uplifting, energy!
Bring a towel, water, and your smile! If you don't have a mat, I have a few available. Arrive a few minutes early to check in - we start class right at 7pm.
