Welcome to Beacon Power Tools for Leaders Training!

Are you ready to take your professional skills to the next level? Join us for this free 20-minute online session where you will learn valuable tools and strategies to become a more effective leader or individual contributor.

Beacon Leadership is excited to share tools to take yourself and your team to higher levels of performance. These toolkit sessions will focus on one tool at a time to build the skillset needed to develop people who create healthy organization culture.

In only 20 minutes per session, you will learn to:

  • Communicate effectively with everyone (including difficult people)
  • Use a common language to avoid misunderstandings and miscommunication in your teams
  • Manage time to balance relationships and productivity without experiencing burn out
  • Develop an increased awareness of the tendencies that undermine your influence

About Your Guide

Eric Flynn is the founder and president of Beacon Leadership. Eric is a master trainer and licensed executive coach who focuses on the art of leadership and challenging people to reflect on how they show up as inspiring and influential leaders. Eric takes a unique and customized approach to training and leader coaching that enables people to move beyond their perceived limits, both personally and professionally.

Eric is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership. He is also a graduate of St. Ambrose University, where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. He is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through the Center for Executive Coaching and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) though the International Coaching Federation.

How long is each session?

Each online session is only 20 minutes. We'll spend 15 minutes learning a new tool and 5 minutes to create a plan for applying what you have learned so that you develop valuable skills.

How much does this training cost?
