Beloveds, many friends & students have been sharing with me responses to the closing of Soft Medicine. This has included the call for accountability from Jonathan as well as many others who knew what was happening yet still continued to support, attend, or host events there. This is bigger than one person, this is about a larger silence & compliance while a leader repeatedly abuses power (in Sebastopol & in our White House.) This ritual is a CLEARING & claiming of our POWER.

Cut through the silence, the smallness, the freeze that sometimes happens in our sacred bodies in a time when brave women, girls, & trans people are speaking up. Alchemize old stories & energies that may be activated by current events.Join a community frequency of power.

Our ritual includes:

• deep grounding
• connect to a larger field of power we are already a part of
• open the top of the spine, jaw, neck & voice (the softness can penetrate where the hardness cannot reach)
• free your voice (supple lungs, diaphragm & psoas)
• sacred rage (deeply grounded)
• shaking to release
• explore the connection between anger & loving eros
• enliven the spine & energy centers
• open the hips & pelvis
• open to the river of eros as one of our greatest resources
