About this event

This unique program provides a balanced way to learn self-defense at a slower pace. Join us as we begin each class by getting the blood moving during a dynamic warm-up and stretch, then we'll keep the energy going while we learn and practice a specific self-defense skill to help increase our confidence and safety, then we will slow everything down as we practice our learned techniques with focus. Finally, we will end each class by combining breath-work with body movement and using a guided meditation to help reset our minds and begin a new day.

Power & Peace is offered Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:30am-10:20am.

This monthly program is $89.99 plus $7.88 Eventbrite Service Fee, Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
The Power & Peace Program is included at no additional cost with a membership to Fight Club.
