Where: Life Time Work at their MIddletown - Red Bank location (Note: this is not the Life Time gym location on Half Mile Road. Life Time Work is on Newman Springs Road)

Cost: There is no cost to attend.

Lunch: Will be provided.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking.
